We are so happy that you are here.

With these W3llbeing Games, we want to reach as many people as possible. The more people do these simple tasks, the bigger the impact will be. These Games are completely for free. As we already mentioned, there are no strings attached and so much to gain!

We strongly believe, if you want to change the world, the best thing you can do is work on yourself to become a healthier, happier and more compassionate human being. If you are sad or negative, you share that with everyone you have contact with. If you are happy and positive, everyone around you will be happier and more positive.

So, how can you help?

  1. The biggest impact you can have is by doing the challenge with us, every day, and even better, share your progress with the hashtag #w3llbeing as this will encourage others to join.
  2. As an early-stage project, we don’t have a marketing budget to get people to know about the W3llbeing Games, meaning we could need any extra help to spread the word.
  3. Tell your friends and family about it and try to encourage them to join.
  4. Post about it on social media. You can use the social media drafts, if you’d like.
  5. If you are in any groups (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp etc.), kindly share the promo video there:
  6. You could ask the reception staff at your local gym, yoga studio etc. whether they would be willing to display our poster for their members to see when they walk in.
  7. If your local supermarket has a bulletin board, you can print one of our posters out and pin it there.
  8. Or print out the small takeaway printout and tape it on traffic lights.

This is our introduction, if you want you could use parts or all of it to write your own story.

Happy Nation Launches The First Worldwide W3llbeing Games

Happy Nation is organizing the First Worldwide W3llbeing Games which is designed to help people become the best version of themselves by doing 3 simple, fun, and effective activities daily.

A lot has changed in only two years; COVID-19 has turned the world upside down. As the situation worsened, people’s anxiety and stress increased. A recent study conducted for the American Psychological Association shows that the pandemic, inflation, financial worries, and the war in Ukraine have pushed stress to alarming levels.

And as the world stares down year three of a crisis that is affecting so many lives and livelihoods, Happy Nation’s mission is to help people lead a healthy lifestyle. In collaboration with mental and physical health experts, the Worldwide W3llbeing Games are designed to make its participants feel stronger, fitter, more energized, and full of positivity.

Adam and Amelia, life partners and founders, conceived the idea as part of their grand ambition to help others lead happier and healthier lives.

The Worldwide W3llbeing Games are expected to run for thirty days for just 15 minutes daily. During these minutes, participants will have the chance to engage in three simple, fun, and effective activities per day to qualify for a commemorative medal. These three activities include physical, mental, and social well-being with each taking five minutes.

Participants will also get the chance to either represent a particular community throughout the 30 days or different communities, if they feel the need to switch things up. At the end of the W3llbeing Games, the community with the most engagement and points will win the overall trophy.

The W3llbeing Games will end in a two-day real-time scavenger hunt that is going to be held in 1600 cities worldwide. Not only will participants of this scavenger hunt get to win attractive prizes, but they will also meet up with other participants and have a picnic together.
